Day-Of-Delivery Guarantee and Refunds
Our Day-Of-Delivery Guarantee is our promise to you that your order is to your satisfaction the day it arrives. We must adhere to a strict 48-hour policy period from the time that your order arrives to address any major concerns.
When your order arrives, please take the time to inspect the contents and contact us immediately with any issues so that we can make sure your satisfaction is met. You can contact us by emailing support@bearishcases.com.
If you feel that a product is not up to your expectation for any other reason, please feel free to reach out. We will be happy to discuss the issue and help where we can.
Pre-Shipment Cancellations and Add-Ons
If you have placed an order by mistake or would like to add on additional items, please contact us immediately at support@bearishcases.com so that we can address the issue before the order is shipped out.
Direct from Bearish Purchases
To request assistance with a purchase directly from the Bearish Cases website, please contact support@bearishcases.com using the subject line of your order number and evidence of damage caused by shipping.
Retail Purchases
If you purchased this product from a retailer, the retailer is required to handle all aspects of customer service. Contact the retailer to check on your order or shipment status, cancel an order, report damaged, defective, or missing merchandise, obtain a return authorization, and/or receive a refund. We cannot directly accept a return, provide a refund, or exchange products purchased from a retail store.
However, if a dispute arises between you and a retailer and you cannot reach an agreement, then Bearish Support will attempt to assist you. We require proof of purchase in the form of either a copy of the sales receipt or shipping invoice from the retail store that lists the following information:
- The retailer’s website
- The retailer’s name
- The purchase date
- A description of the product and the quantity purchased
To request assistance with a purchase from a retailer, please use support@bearishcases.com and provide details regarding the nature of your dispute. We will respond with a request for proof of purchase and any additional information that may be required to assist you.
Third-Party Purchases
We cannot accept a return, provide a refund, or exchange products purchased from a third-party reseller.
