GAMA 2026 - Louisville, KY
First and foremost, shipping will be suspended for all orders until we return on March 6th. We will be at GAMA speaking with representatives from LGSs, distributors, and the IPs we support. We are very excited about our first year attending and cannot wait to give a recap when we get back.
Inventory & Restock Update
As we stated on our Facebook page, we are out of stock of a lot of our most popular SKUs. Coupled with our presence at GAMA, we will hopefully have another distributor or two who will be interested in carrying the brand. After this, we will be placing an order through our supplier with an expected arrival date of late-June to mid-July.
If you are a customer looking for a certain case (looking at you Pokémon fans), please contact your Local Gaming Store and request that they carry Bearish cases from Southern Hobby Distribution! Southern Hobby took on a sizeable quantity of these cases with their reorder but just know they did sell out quickly the last time they ordered them. Now is the time to request that your local store begins carrying them.
If you need a booster box case, the SKU for this is AC-POK001 and if you need an Elite Trainer Box case, the SKU is AC-POK002. We imagine the stock will be updated within the next week (March 2nd to March 6th).
New Designs
We have a few designs coming floating around in our mind that we want to get into production sooner rather than later. When we have the details ironed out, we will make an announcement when we are in production.
Unique One-Off Cases
There are plans in motion to connect with a local acrylic manufacturer to offer unique one-off cases based on custom size measurements that you provide. I can see this program starting off with direct communication with our design team (AKA: Steven) from interested customers and eventually evolving into a website feature on bearishcases.com where the process will be pretty much automated.
